Sekedar berbagi pengalaman saja. Handycam saudaraku rusak LCDnya mati, tapi masih bisa berfungsi. Trs di servicekan di eldorado service center Sony Yogyakarta mana tuh deket pakuningratan. Nah setelah diperiksa katanya kabel flexynya rusak dan bilang biayanya total 700rb (biaya 300rb dan part 400rb) aku konfirm tidak jadi dankatanya kena biaya 50rb, aku bilang ok mau ku ambil secepatnya. Dia bilang tidak bisa hari ini harus besok sore karena susah pasang kembalinya. Tidak ada 5 menit aku ditelp lagi dia bilang salah harga jadinya 550rb (service 300rb dan part 250rb) dan bisa jadi nanti sore. Dan betul sore sekitar 3 jam setelah itu ditelp susah jadi. Beberapa hal yang perlu dicermati : 1. Biaya service peralatan elektronik seperti handycam/camera digital cenderung sangat mahal. Untuk sekedar jasa mengganti part biayanya 300rb. Apakah Sony dalam hal ini sebagai vendor mempunyai standart dalam hal tarif thd service centernya. 2. Harga part jelas mahal, dan selalu alasan klasik.

tapi apakah barang import selalu mahal? Tentu saja sekali lagi transparansi dan kebijakan dari pihak vendor sedniri (dalam hal ini Sony) perlu dipertanyanakan. Sehubungan dengan keadaan tersebut, kiranya pemerintah ataupun vendor-vendor yang lain segera membuat kebijakan dalam hal after sales service, kita tau produk IT semakin diminati, mungkin perlu kita contoh fenomena service HP, spare part dapat tersedia dan teknisi juag semakin banyak dan buktinya teknisi indonesia baik resmi maupun tidak resmi dari vendor mempunyai kemampuan yang cukup dengan harga yang kompetitif. Yang pasti customer itu jangan dijadikan korban, masak beli handicam 2juta service 700rb, atau seperti kasus printer .. harga printer baru 450rb rusak headnya perlu biaya 400rb?? Sekali lagi alasan spare part. negara selaku regulator harus membuat aturan kalau barang ebrdar harus ada after sales nya… dengan menyediakan part dengan harga pantas.
