Advice to Management Provide actual training and invest in interns to try to actually get them to come back to the company. The whole "figure it out on your own concept" is old fashioned and not enticing to most people anymore since a lot of companies invest a lot in training for interns and new hires. Cons Disgusting building (roaches, mice, etc.) Poor facilities (either way too hot or cold, no working clocks, broken chairs, no paper towel or soap in bathroom, extremely dated building. High workload, unresponsive and overworked management, understaffed with no intention of hiring more people.

Poor communication between departments. Terrible maternity leave policies. Advice to Management Lower management is overworked to the point of being unresponsive and useless. No long term improvements really. The overwhelming majority of locations I dealt with in Trane are great places to work . . . but there are a few to steer clear of. Advice to Management Monitor complacency in middle management. It seems like occasionally the peter principal has been applied and ineffective leaders are left in place for a long time.
