The person at the counter was nice and friendly. I did have to wait when I got there even though there was no one else ahead. The person hooking up the trailer didn't seem to be all that experienced. He was having trouble with the lights on the trailer. Everything seemed to work coming from my vehicle but the trailer lights would not. I told him its some sort of grounding issue. When I shook the trailer at the hitch the lights would blink on. He didn't seem to know what to do. This location is always great. Even with last minute planning I was able to get a truck quickly and was in and out of the office in 5 minutes. On Saturday, July 30 at 4.30 CT, the person I talked over the phone from the corporate (Kelly) was unable to secure an unit reservation over the phone. I was driving and used a lot of time to secure the reservation of a storage unit, just to discover when I got at the location that nothing was saved in the system!

I also felt uncomfortable that I had to provide all the credit card data over the phone and I do not know what the person over the phone (Kelly) did with them since nothing was saved in the computerized system. Although I made these reservations weeks in advance there was no truck of the type I requested available. The manager did find one. Then the computers were down and never came up. Took over an hours to check out using our cell phones. I must say the manager and counter help were very nice and tried very hard to make this a good experience. My rental was moved three times and the person helping in Henderson, CO was horrible to talk to. His shop was supposed to be open until 5PM and he closed at 2PM. Eventually received my truck from a rental place off of Chambers road and I-70. The truck rental had severe allignment issues (the truck trailer pointed in a different direction and was a hazard.) The service was great. I never have any problems when I go there. Jamon was fantastic and helpful.

Hope he goes far with the company, that's the kind of person you got there. My only complaint, takes too long to check in and get any refund due. The employees were very helpful and friendly. I rented a 10 foot and I needed I ramp and I was under the impression that all there trucks had ramps. The truck smelled horribly and no one helped me fix the side view mirrors. Place was a little busy so it required a bit of a wait, but once it was my turn, everything went smooth as glass.

The equipment was exceptional for the task. Way overbuilt so I never worried that it might give any kind of problem.
