Very organized and efficientThe staff, especially Samantha York, was excellent. She is a great asset to the Uhaul corporation and should be promoted as soon as possible! I believe this location is running at its best. I felt very taken care of and the truck was a joy to drive and very comfortable. Give them all a,raise! I was in and in 15 min. They give best service always. I come back here every time I need hauling service. Samantha York is awesome. Both the staff that I worked with were very nice & helpful, it was a much more pleasant and quick experience then I thought it would be. The only thing I about the equipment that could have been better was if the truck had been washed. The windshield was very dirty and covered with bugs, and since I am a shorter person it was hard for me to clean the windshield for my trip, but the overall truck was great, and clean. she did a great job. but the vehicle I received had less than 1/2 gas, yet I was told it had 5/8. I only used it for 16 miles and a $20 price went up to $52. I was also charged $62 for a holding fee. not sure I understand that. I used to use U-Haul all the time when I was in the Army, but I am not sure what has changed. I am not sure I will continue to use U-Haul in the future. It was a busy Monday morning but staff did a great job getting it ready and making it fun as well. Our only less than happy point was pick up. There were several guys standing around talking and eating at the registers when we entered. The guy who helped me was eating chips, picked his teeth and sucked the chip powder off his hands. He didn't excuse himself to wash his hands or use the hand sanitizer on the counter. He then handled my ID. We went out and did our inspection and returned to find a line. Instead of having a lane open for just turning in papers with one of the other two guys, who continued to chat and eat, go in and out, never talking to us- we had to wait to just hand the paperwork back. It was an odd customer-service experience for us.The gas gage was not accurate. It was not full as stated and we needed up putting about 10 more gallons in the tank than we used. The front end people have sign for the level of gas before you can view it. Radio didn't work in the truck as well as the truck having difficulty starting each time. All associates have been cheerful and very accommodating...

one of the worst cs experiances ive had. After I picked up my truck my movers were going to come later so I called the location to see if I could park my truck there and use my car to run some errands. the employee shane told me to just park it across the street at this church and said they shouldn't tow the car. I got a call a couple hours later from shane vaguely explaining if my truck was having mechanical issues because its being towed and I was like no my truck is running fine. So when I got back to the church my truck was gone. went across the street to uhaul and they shane told me I guess it was towed and it was my problem and I had to pay the towtruck company and contact them. so I talked with the uhaul manager and she was nice after arguing with everybody there. me and my movers had to wait two hours to get the truck back and I was charged more by my movers for shanes idiot recommendation. if I didn't move that day I would have had to cancel my vaction costing me$$$ The problem I have, and it is a big one is the theft U-Haul engages in when fueling up the truck.

I was asked to check the gauge to insure the take was full. I was instructed to fill the tank before returning it. After driving 17 miles I put in 7.89 Gallons. You tell me how I was not robbed. I will not be using U-Haul again and will inform all my customers how U-Haul steals from it's customers. The truck I got had so much play in the steering it was incredible and is shook like nobody's business.
