The person that helped me was amazing! He hooked up the trailer for me, explained how everything worked, was quick, courteous, and had great customer service skills. There really is nothing he could have done better. He far exceeded my expectations. The inside was dirty and inside Windows. But all else was great. I have done business at this location before and it is the standard by which I rated the Hobbs, NM location. Very different, service was prompt and courteous. I was greeted upon entry by someone at the service desk to return the tow dolly. The next day I brought the truck back and was met outside by two service personnel, who were friendly and professional. They quickly help with the return and I was on my way in less then five(5) minutes. The experience was so much better. Great service all around. Friendly and helpful staff.Super helpful and answered all my questions. Didn't make me feel rushed through the process. The van was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. The windshield was covered in dead bugs that I had to immediately go and wash off just to be able to see to drive.

Inside, there were dozens of small gnats flying around. I had to ride with the windows down for over 150 miles to get them all to fly out. On an incredibly hot day, riding with the windows down was incredibly unpleasant. And the "deodorizer" can on the dashboard was absolutely rank. In addition, there were personal documents from a previous customer still in the glove compartment (including photocopies of identification and banking information). The steering wheel had something sticky on it in several places. I'm not sure that this van was cleaned at all before I rented it. A piece of trim on the rear door that was marked with a claim sticker fell off the moment I opened the door. Thankfully it didn't fall off while driving because it was a very large piece and could have damaged other vehicles on the road. Because of all of this, I will not consider renting from this location again. The original place I was going to do my pick up at was closed on the day/time I scheduled for and it did not prompt/tell me otherwise I would of paid for an extra day just not to drive as far.

Everyone I talked to was very nice just maybe if you could set that up on the website to let people know if their location was going to be closed so they can change it.We were walk-ins and they got us going quickly.The service, both in & out, was very fast and efficient. I was quite impressed with the check-in, in the driveway. I don't think you could improve. After an exhausting day of moving, the process of returning the trailer couldn't have been any easier! And staff was friendly and efficient Would be nice if the paperwork could be completed at the trailer hookup area without having to walk back into the building. Went fast and was easy to use. Very fast when I delivered the truck back, less than a minute and I was out. The reservation I made was on time and just what I requested. Staff was very efficient. The facility was clean and well ordered. The equipment of clean and in perfect condition (almost new). Drove to a checkpoint, a very polite and friendly man checked the cargo hold for cleanliness, checked the mileage and the gas, and sent my receipt to my email.
