World Food Day is October 16, but Michael Kors is rallying support all month long to raise funds and awareness for WFP’s School Meals Programme—so more children around the world can experience the hope that comes with zero hunger and a chance at a brighter future. The focus of the Watch Hunger Stop campaign is a new limited-edition 100 Series timepiece; for each one sold, Michael Kors will donate 100 school meals to WFP. Like last year, actress Halle Berry is helping Michael Kors raise awareness for the campaign. For each watch purchase, Michael Kors plans to donate $25 to Watch Hunger Stop’s partner, the United Nations World Food Programme. Shoppers will also be able to make donations to the WFP in Michael Kors stores worldwide in the month of October. The Un agency named Kors a global ambassador against hunger in July. That same month, he enlisted actress and friend Kate Hudson as an advocate for his Watch Hunger Stop campaign, which he established in 2013: “I’m proud to join Michael Kors in this global effort to end hunger,” said Hudson.
