It’s meant to give you a quick look at how much a home might be work, especially great in a market where there aren’t a lot of homes on the marketplace, you don’t have a lot of listing prices to go by. You can get a sense of how much homes in an area are going for, how much does Zillow think the homes are worth. If you’re looking at your home it may be super useful to get a sense of the value of your home How To Use It Zillow has great info, they really do. It’s a great place for general information on real estate. But you need to remember that your zestimate is generated by a computer using a complex algorithm. They’ve never seen the house, they don’t know any of the inter-workings. It’s a point estimate. If you’re looking at your Zestimate, it’s crucial to realize that it’s not a concrete number. It’s imperative that you contact a local agent to actually walk through your house, run comps on similar homes in the area, and provide you with an in depth analysis of what your home is worth.

The 9,039-square-foot, six-bedroom home has seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. It was built in 2009 and sits on 1.08 acres on a gated street. It also includes an in-ground pool, private batting cages and hot tub. The home, on Allegro Lake Estates Drive, sold for $2.23 million. Yadier and Wanda Molina are listed as the buyers. David and Patricia Almedia sold the property. The sale was recorded June 17. According to ESPN, Molina made $15 million in 2015 playing with the Cardinals after agreeing to a $75 million, five-year contract in 2012. announced that Molina was selling his home in Caseyville, Illinois, for $1.5 million.
