Would definitely use again in the future. 2006 CRF80F wouldn't idle at all. Bought this carb kit and 45 mins later running like a top. Bought this cause my sons dirt bike does not like to idle. Didnt fix the problem and it seemed to come with extra jets and the main jet was to big big to fit. I used this for my trx250ex because of all the bad ethanol gas we have in Oregon it eat my carb away. the kit was spot on and cost way less then OEM. put it is and quad ran like a champ. everything came as described, actually came with a new needle jet, float needle, and springs. also came with new jets though I ordered genuine keihin jets just to be safe. worked well, did not come with diaphragm so it's only a partial rebuild kit but over all worked well!! Bike runs amazing now. Last year I took apart, cleaned and reassembled the carb on my sons bike after buying it used full of bad gas.

A year later the ethanol demons struck again and clogged up the carb. This rebuild kit made life so much easier and quicker. I simply replaced the parts and put the carb back on the bike. Much faster and easier than disassembling, soaking, cleaning and reassembling. A maintenance manual and a cell phone or digital camera to take pics of your disassembly make this is a very doable project. Best of all, your bike will run like it should once again. Awesome price, will buy again from Motosport The kit seems fairly well put together. There were no instructions though. Which wasn't a big deal but it came with an O ring I wasn't sure where it was supposed to go. The manual didn't show one like it and there wasn't a similar one when I took carb apart. I like that the needle is brass instead of aluminum. I wish it had a few more parts such as the spring and plastic cup that goes around the throttle cable and the Phillips head screws that holds float bowl and top on. I bought new screws from the hardware store cause mine were a lil rounded from previous owner. And I put my old main jet back in because the one it came with was too rich for my setup. It was the stock size though. Overall the kit worked out well and it is affordable. Great product installed on my 2007 kx250f everything worked perfectly it doesn't have any directions so you'll need your service manual or just find some carb rebuild videos on YouTube and you'll be good to go

Great kitbeverything went together beautiful. But for someone who doesnt have a lot of knowledge and trying to do it themselves. Instructions and part labeling would be better The Moose Card kit was easy to install on my 04 KX 125 and works great. Easily enough installed for anyone mechanically inclined. The bike fires and runs great after a kick or two. I installed the gaskets frombthe kit. They fit OK at first, but when I went to ride the bike, I turned the petcock on and gas poured out of the float bowl seal. After taking the carb apart AGAIN, I noticed the gasket from this kit had expanded by about 20% and no longer fit in the groove (not even close). Bought an OEM gasket from Yamaha, and no problems since. This kit comes with all the main parts you need to fix a carburetor! I had to repair an old Suzuki ATV that was sitting for quite a while and this kit had all the parts that were clogged or not working! As soon as I installed all the parts, put in new gas, it fired right up!
