Mario is originally from Boston, MA. He comes to The Pet Loss Center with years of experience in customer service, and has held management positions in the healthcare and human service fields, his latest position as a Practice Manager for a busy southwest Austin animal hospital. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College and resides in Austin with his Bengal cat, Timber Rex. The Pet Loss Center’s Relationship Manager, Christopher Lykins, is a native of Dallas and Austin, currently residing in Round Rock. While long motorcycle rides will light up his heart, his eyes shine when he talks about his family. He’s been married to his high-school sweetheart, Rachel, for twenty-one years and together they have six children: one daughter Michelle and five sons, Christopher Jr., Micheal, Cody, Laine and Matthew. Rounding out his very active household are the four-legged kids, four dogs Roxy, Abby, Cheyenne and Neo and two cats Saphira and Rogue. Chris comes to The Pet Loss Center with experience in the pet care professional industry.
