Do not bag recyclables. The only exception is shredded paper, which must be in a clear plastic bag. For safety reasons, if workers at the Materials Recovery Facility can't see the contents, it will be discarded. Do not contaminate the can with household and yard waste. Gilbert maintains a three strikes and you're out policy.
