TECH ARTICLE: The Skinny on Hub Rings Hub centric rings, typically made of plastic or metal, are designed and used to fill the gap between the hub pilot of the vehicle and the center bore of the wheel…Initially went in to have my front tires replaced due to tread wear.

The technician working on my car informed me and showed me first-hand that both of my front rims were bent badly (most likely due to the crappy roads in VA) and referred me to another shop for repair. Greatly appreciated the information and brought to light why my steering wheel would shake badly when going above 40mph. Ended up shifting the newly replaced tires from the front to the back as the tech advised to reduce the "shaking" until i could repair the rim damage. Any other shop would have just replaced the tires as requested and not inform me of the rim damage. Highly recommend their service. This business exemplifies "Customer Service"! Not only did they help my daughter and granddaughters out by fixing their tire that had a screw in it, BUT in the true fashion of the Christmas Spirit, they did it without charge. I am thankful for people and businesses such as RNR and their employees that help out when a dad is on the opposite side of the country, almost 2700 miles away, and cannot be there to help his daughter and grandkids!

I went there late with a flat, everyone was gone except the Manager, they had already closed about 30 minutes before I got there, but he still opened the back & checked my tire and filled it with air.

He was so nice that I went back the next day and got 4 new tires from them.
