The manager's customer service skills are great. Easy to work with.ShareFlag03/04/2014First, I want to say that I have used them myself twice before and I have referred them to several people looking for movers. Never again based on principal. The movers did work very hard and fast and I did tip them since business practices by the owner have nothing to do with them. However, just so you know you will pay for estimated charges and NOT actual. We lost out on 84.00 because the it should only take an hour to get to the destination not two hours. The owner claims it was due to weather when in fact it was due to someone's tire coming off someone's car so it did back up traffic but why should I get stuck paying for an hour in traffic because someone's tire came off.

I will make sure I make this very clear to people looking for movers to go with Beckers or someone else- I can't and will not recommend them anymore.ShareFlag07/13/2013I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants professional and cost effective!!!!!!! I was extremely impressed w/ Bauer & Son Movers!!! Our movers, Scott & JR were amazing! Moving is an extremely stressful time but they made it so easy and a stress free experience for us! They were extremely careful with our items and especially our more fragile antiques. On June 28th, 2013, I went to Uhaul to pick up a truck i had reserved to move myself. Uhaul had screwed up my reservation 3 times and this particular morning they had no truck for me as was promised. I already had friends ready to move me but no truck. Very frustrated, from Uhaul, I started making calls for any movers that may have had cancellations. At 9:15 am I spoke with Bob at Bauer & Son. They had just had a cancellation that morning. The guys, Scott & JR, were at my house by 9:45!

Siamese Cats Sale Mnthe move was complicated due to the location and existing landscape and features at the house we bought it from. 100-Watt A19-Shape Medium-Base Incandescent Light BulbBob and the gentlemen that moved it were courteous and professional. They moved the hotub and handled it in a professional and workmanlike manner. The office personnel were extremely nice and offered information about the move that was absolutely the best. This company is very professional and I would recommend to all.

The men working on our move were professional, organized, strong and FAST. They moved so fast and finished the job in less than a quarter of the time it would have taken us to do the same amount of work. They made wuse our belongings were safe and our floors were clean throughout the snowy move. I would hire them again and highly recommend their quality and work ethic.
