This is the worst hot tub you could spend your money on. Not only it's expensive, but it's defective right out of the box and Customer Service is non-existent. My J470 had the control panel replaced within the first 10 days. Now there is a communication error message and I called Customer Service but they refuse to answer the phone and refuse to return my calls. I have been waiting for 10 days and they just won't call back Do not buy this brand. Let me clarify, the poor service came from the main Jacuzzi headquarters. Last spring my main 2 speed pump started leaking. I went to my dealer and he ordered a new pump in. He was having troubles finding the exact model pump #. The reason for this was my tub was 7 yrs. old and Jacuzzi changed pump suppliers and the design changed. It took over a month to straighten this out and get a pump ordered. Problem is, the new designed pump didn't fit... I purchased a new J480 hot tub in 2012. I have had it serviced an inordinate number of time, fortunately all items were covered by warranty.

I purchased a new Jacuzzi J-480 a couple of years ago for $12,000. It recently started to develop surface cracks all along the edges of the unit, even though its protected by a cover. I asked to have the unit repaired and Jacuzzi offered to replace the unit for $600 because it is not repairable.
