Maltese Puppies For Sale In Indiana Pa

Welcome to Silver Brook Maltese! I am a hobby breeder of Maltese Show dogs and Maltese puppies located in the Mercer Pennsylvania. I fell in love with the Maltese breed when I met my first Maltese puppy in 1985. I became actively involved in showing and breeding in 2006. I have been fortunate enough to acquire a group of very nice Maltese dogs for my breeding program. I breed for conformation of the AKC Breed Standard, health and beautiful baby doll faces. I offer small compact puppies weighing 3 1/2 to 6 1/2 pounds. Often these very small Maltese puppies are referred to as “Teacup Maltese, Pocket Maltese or Micro Maltese. We prefer not to use those terms. These puppies are bred from small lines and are not runts. My smallest Maltese puppies go to special homes that can provide the very best care for these rare Maltese puppies. Each breeding is carefully planned selecting the dogs that compliment each other most. I am very happy with the results but will always strive to do better.

I do offer pet quality and show quality Maltese puppies for adoption as pets. Please review my Puppies For Sale Page. Silverbrook Maltese offers you healthy, socialized, quality Maltese puppies at the minimum age of 12 weeks. All pets are sold with a limited (non breeding) AKC registration. I offer show potential puppies for show breeders on occasion. Our Maltese puppies are raised in a family environment with all the activities associated within a busy home. They trained to use potty pads. This will be a work in progress because all dogs will need to be re-trained when going to a new home. We offer a one year genetic health guarantee and life long support. My dogs live in my home and handled, loved and cared for. Maltese ownership is very rewarding . You must have time to devote to their grooming needs, as well as financial ability to provide quality veterinarian care and proper nutrition. They in turn give back devoted love, affection, playfulness and intelligence that is the epitome of a great pet.

Cheap Pug Puppies For Sale In EssexCorporate Advocacy Program™ SEO Reputation Management at its best! , I emailed him and asked if he had a website. He gave me his website and I looked it over. I googled him and came up with nothing. I called and asked what kind of training the puppy was getting. He said the puppy was being crate trained in his garage and that his children took the dog out every day after school.

The puppy was supossed to be up to date on all shots. I drove a long way to get the dog and when I got there the first thing I noticed was a huge barn. Coming from the barn was a lot of barking, it sounded like there was a lot of puppies in the barn. The puppy I was supposed to get was really 6 months old. When I reached out to touch the puppy, he reared back and wouldnt let me. I have young children so I told the guy I couldnt take the puppy. He seemed very upset and offered to take money off. I asked if there were any other puppies avalable and he went into the barn and brought back another puppy. This puppy was a litte younger and didnt seem as skittish so I bought him. He was very dirty and had feces in his fur. (The other puppy was all bathed and brushed) The only reason I hadent bailed was because at that point I was feeling very bad for the puppies and thought at least I would be able to save one and then I would work on saving the rest from home. When I brought him to the vet a couple days later she told me he needed a hernia repair.

She also asked what kind of toys I was giving him. I told her I had just brought the puppy home and she said his teeth were cracked and chipped. His teeth were supposed to be pointed and sharp and they are flat and worn down. I noticed on the sellers website that the puppy I bought was listed a "akc" puppy. I had not recived any paper work so I called the ACK and they asked for his name. Thats when I realized that the name on his bussiness card is diffrent then the name he was using everywhere else. The ACK said that he has not registered any litters since 2005 and thefore I couldnot register my puppy. I asked if he could advertise that way and she said there was nothing they could do. I google his real name and came up with all sorts of bad information. I would have never even contacted this man if he was using his real name Dave Chupp. and breeders.net and saw that he was working under several diffrent names. on puppyfind he had 100 puppies listed for sale under 2 diffrent names.

Maltese / Shih Tzu Hybrid Dogs Niko the Mal-Shi at about 8 months old Find a Mal-Shi Breeder The Mal-Shi is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Maltese and the Shih Tzu. She is a daddy's girl but sweet and playful with everyone. She likes to pretend she is a cat." Kona the Mal-Shi as a puppy at 4 months old

"We found Braeden in an online ad; he was needing a home ASAP. It's his THIRD home. The previous owner had him for a month. He was 16 weeks old and he had no name, no collar, low contact with other dogs or people. He had Giardia, ear infections, underweight, and fleas...he was perfect! "He looked drunk and Irish...so I took one look at him and said " you look like a Braeden." It's taken a long time for Braeden to attach and trust. He's still learning how to play with other puppies. Now at 7 months he's more willing to sit on my lap for a few more minutes. Loves to play fetch and loves a good stick, meeting new people and new dogs. "At eight months, Braeden weighs 10.4 lbs., is 17" long and 10" tall at the shoulder. Braeden has characteristics of a Shih Tzu: tri-olor hair, tipped ears, longer body and that cute hair above his nose that points up. From the Maltese, Braeden got straighter thin hair, a longer nose and no under-bite common to many Shih Tzus. His nose seems larger than a Maltese.

He can be very fluffy and gets compliments on his hair almost every day. However, owning a Mal-Shi without the "puppy cut" is a commitment to grooming. Braeden is brushed in the morning and before bedtime. Sometimes an extra session is needed to gently work on knots that easily occur on his underside. When brushed every day, he's never gotten matted. You just have to keep up with it. He gets a daily dose of Angels Eyes to keep tear stains, which are very common to both the Shih Tzu and the Maltese. "His temperament is more like the Shih Tzu. He's a hearty player with other dogs. He loves to run and wrestle energetically with other Shi Tzus. He's not a lap dog. He loves meeting new dogs and especially loves to meet new people. Like most breeds, it's very important that he gets exercise, both physical and mental. He was easy to potty train using potty pads. But he quickly transitioned to going outside. If he has an accident it's between 7-9pm where I haven't watched how much water he drank at dinner and in the evening.

He's been quick to learn to sit, stay, lie down, shake, fetch, leave it and drop it." Braeden the tan and white Mal-Shi as a puppy at 10 weeks old "This is Chewy, our Mal-Shi at 5 months old. Chewy is very sweet and playful. His hair grows fast and he is somewhat difficult to potty train, but he is such a sweetie. A little timid, but loves to have his belly rubbed!" "Jaxon is a Maltese / Shih Tzu hybrid dog. He is age 4½ months in this photo. He loves attention and people, chewing on carpets, kissing his favorite cat (Bella), short walks and treats. He is very outgoing and friendly to everyone and his mommy says he has more of a Shih Tzu temperament than a Maltese." Rocca the white Mal-Shi at 7 months old—"Rocca's mother was a Maltese and her father was a Shih Tzu.

I was notified after she was born and I went to see the litter. As soon as I saw her I knew she was the one for me. I picked her up as soon as she was weaned from her mother" Jimmy the Mal-Shih puppy (Maltese / Shih Tzu) at 15 weeks old—"The newest member of our family who is so cuddly and loving."
