With the possibility of having to pay for our pet stained carpets hanging over our heads, we tried multiple times to get rid of the stains through renting various types of carpet cleaners but have had subpar results. After spending hundreds of dollars on carpet cleaners and solutions, we decided to give Bissell's Pawsitively Clean a try. Within a couple hours we had virtually spot free carpet, it looked better than when we first moved in! I can't begin to express how much I love this carpet cleaner! I live with two cats so vacuum at least twice weekly, but knew the carpets needed a deeper clean. I rented the Bissell deep cleaner from PetSmart and am happy with how easy it was to use and how clean it got my carpets. There was so much hair coming out of the carpets the machine couldn't pick everything up, and I vacuumed again after the carpets dried. I did each room twice over, and heavy traffic areas three times. Based on the results I got, I'll rent this machine a few more times then buy a home sized unit to maintain results in between. Location: Fort Worth, TX I rented the Pawsitively Clean by Bissell today from my local Petsmart. I was a little skeptic because this was my first time ever steam cleaning anything! And there WERE some pretty tough stains in my carpet from my German Shepherd and some other messes since I have a one year old and a husband :) It took 5 hours to get all three rooms cleaned, but guess what? The odor is gone, the stains are hardly visible, and the carpets are SO FLUFFY and soft. I can't believe all the dirt and gunk that came up with the Bissell, but seeing is believing and I am so glad all that junk is out of my carpets for good! I definitely recommend this product to anyone, especially pet lovers. I used the recommended chemical cleaner that went with the machine (not the enzyme one though) and it smells amazing. My only regret is that I wish I had picked up the hose and accessories to go with to clean my stairs as well. While NO rental machine can do the work compared to that company, BISSELL PAWSITIVELY CLEAN REALLY impressed me. I searched online for a machine to clean carpets that had pets in the home, BISSELL was the first one up. I reviewed the site, watched the video and then called my local PetSmart to see if they had the machine. I went to reserve it to ensure having it for the weekend I planned to clean but you cant reserve in advance. Just a thought BISSELL should allow that service. I purchased the cleaner that day. I came back the following weekend to get my machine. One was broken, one was due for service and the last one was kinda dirty returned from previous renter. The sales lady didnt know much about the machine. I had to call the 800 # on the machine to get a couple questions answered before leaving the store. By the sales clerk was still very frienldy. Brought the machine home, removed enough hair to make a small dag...lol. We started cleaning the house about 6:00 and finished about 9.

I had 3 bedrooms and a living area. We took our time doing it. The machine is very light weight, easy to handle and VERY user friendly. I love the fact that by the time i got to the 3rd bedroom the 1st bedroom was barely wet to the touch. I HIGHLY ENJOYED USING THIS MACHINE AND WILL BE USING IT IN THE FUTURE.
