is all about giving. I'll start with my current pics and answer the questions I'm asked the most here at the store. I'm currently weighing 200lbs but this is the leanest ...I've ever been at that weight. There are times that I've cut all the way back to 160lbs, being an Ectomorph build (hard gainer) I've always struggled to maintain size. As of the last 3 months my calorie intake has ranged from 3500-4000 daily, granted on the weekends I cheat! My workouts constantly change but I've really been focusing on the muscle/mind connection, not really focusing on the reps or sets but getting that squeeze, feeling the burn and pushing for two more. I prefer to perform a slow eccentric as well. Products I run consist of a variety of protein powders, my favorites being Myofeed, Hydra 6 and ETB. I run BCAAs daily as well as Cutler Multi Vitamin with a fish oil and joint pill. I've found that a Creapure creatine yields the best results for me and I prefer a stim free, pump pre workout. I'm no where close to where I want to be but I'm enjoying the journey and building brick by brick, having fun as I go. Now
