If you want something a little different than the 7 pre-set color choices, you are able to customize the uplighting colors a little by adjusting the R, G, and B values.. This photo shows 12 lights set to a custom peach color, setup for what looks like a very fun party at California's Piedmont Community Hall. This photo is a great example of how the lights look in a room with windows. As you can see from the photo, even though it is still daylight outside, you can still see the light accenting the walls. The team at Be Sharp Signature Events used just 3 lights to light up the drapery shown in the photos, for their clients 40th birthday party. Great example showing how adding even just a little light can make a huge impact. Party held at Ozumo's in Oakland, CA. Be Sharp Signature Events is a full-service event planning company located in Northern California. 30 uplights shown in this picture sent in by Shiva, a DIY client helping with a function at the Durham Center in North Carolina. A guest in attendance liked the lighting so much, he hired Shiva to light up his event happening the following week. Shiva emailed customer service to extend his rental for another week and was able to make a little extra money. If you have multiple events happening within a week or two of each other, its much, much cheaper to contact customer service in advance and have your reservation extended versus paying late fees. Just send in an email to [email protected] to extend your lighting rental.

Only 12 lights were used, they did a great job with the set-up. Just 4 lights were used on the stage at Heritage Ranch Golf and Country Club to light up each of the pedestals. This wedding reception at the Venice Yacht Club in Venice, Florida looks like it was a pretty fantastic good time and the uplighting came out great. Evis Mecolli from Visi Productions (awesome photographer and videographer!), sent in a video showing a huge wedding reception (set for about 600 people!) at the Barrister Gardens in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Lit with lights from DIY Uplighting. The room was lit with 45 lights set to 2 different colors. College of Prayer International hosts a multi-day event for their annual Leadership Summit and Vision Gathering. They used 12 lights to showcase the stage at the Lilburn Alliance Church in Tucker, GA. Renting lights for multi-day events is a huge savings! Our lights aren't due back until 7 days after the event date you booked, so if you have a 3-day event, they still have 4 days to make it back to us. If you think you might be late, just give us a call. Getting a rental extension is way cheaper than late fees! DJ Dave Kish sent in a photo from his up lighting setup for a wedding at Bridgewater Manor, in Bridgewater, NJ. This photo just shows the head table, but Dave spaced 11 LED par cans throughout the room.
