If your covers are too bulky for your machine we recommend professional laundry washing. Prior to laundering make sure all zippers/buttoned/Velcro openings are closed. Use a gentle cycle and don’t push the temperature past 40 degrees. If using a tumble dryer, use a cool setting for 30-40 minutes. During drying, open dryer and pull fabric apart to ensure the centre dries.

Remove when slightly damp and return to furniture. Ironing should not be necessary, but if required, iron on the reverse side using a light steam. REMEMBER:There may be minor colour change in the initial washing stages. We recommend laundering in complete cover sets to ensure colour variation between cushions and main covers does not occur. Line dry, as weight of wet fabric may cause stretching. Mix different colours or fabrics in the wash. Squeeze or wring by hand. Dry in direct sunlight as this may accelerate colour loss. Apply detergent directly to covers when washing. It is essential that the undercover upholstery is only top-stitched and not pipped as this will cause premature wear of the top cover. We recommend you only use fabrics labelled Slip Wash Cover. Not all fabrics are suitable for necessary tailoring and cleaning demands.
