Available with a single blade, or double blade to suit a variety of uses.  The handles are made either with natural oxhorn or ramshorn, ensuring that each knife is entirely unique as the markings and colourings in the horn vary considerably. Ramshorn tends to have a more translucent quality and is generally light brown/cream in tone.  Oxhorn is more opaque and can vary from white to black with shades of cream and brown in between. We offer a plain backed version of the knife, or a decorative worked back, which showcases the skill of the most experienced makers.
