It is closer to the 60 hours then anything. Management never seems to know what is going on in the warehouse. They make unrealistic goals for people. You should look into replacing some of the upper management. It seems like all they care about is how much money they can make and screw the " little guys" of the company that actually help them make the money. Customers will be angry if their order is days late. Advice to Management Hire more drivers and loaders to finish routes. Cons Very disorganized, i was trying to find the manager for a few days. I went to his office and HR's office and could never find them. A few days later( after going to his office everyday) i found out that he was out of town.Poor communications, it seems like Up stairs ( the administrators) and Downstairs ( the warehouse) don't seem to know whats going on with each other. Its hard to get in touch with the manger or HR.Very dirty, I know its a ware house and that its going to be a little dirty. But when i went to the bathroom, the water for the sink didn't work, the floors and walls were disgusting and one worker said he uses the girls bathroom because its cleaner than the mens. Also the break room is a mess. Theres trash every where, the microwave and refrigerator has so many stains you can barely see the original color.

Decent salary starting out. Frat/high school culture if that's your thing. Cons As far as sales jobs go it's not the best, but certainly not the worst. A lot of sales reps exceed their shelf-lives after 6 months - 1 year. At the end of the day, you're following an archaic model and selling increasingly outdated products (that rise in price) to many saturated markets. Plus, the in-house distribution which is considered as a "strength," will ruin relationships with tons of customers in your book of business. They want you to be the customer's friend they can trust, but there's only so much the customer can trust when you have to repeatedly over promise and under deliver.
