I Went there just to get a tire put on.. They broke the lug nuts trying to take it off. took for ever to put on my spare tire. They lie to you also about not being able to fix flat tires, in order to make you buy "Big Ten Tires'" from their warehouse. is what Big Ten Tires should be called.. also to add, when i did get ready to buy a new tire... refused to sell one to me... their customer service sucks. the guys at the one in Auburn , Alabama are extremely rude and lazy. In short, they take their marry time about fixing your car regardless of how easy the job may be.. like putting on a spare tire for instance...
