Purchasing the faucet became a leap of faith. It is a bit big for my smaller kitchen, but I liked it so much we kept it anyway. It is a good fit for the transitional style of my home. The pullout spray is very convenient and I like the button on the side to adjust the spray. The height of the faucet also allows me to fill large pots. The handles are such that I can turn the water on with my wrists if my hands are dirty. I currently have a stainless steel sink and the sink flexes somewhat if pressure is put on the faucet or handles, but since I will be replacing it soon that is not an issue for me. The faucet is 14" tall and the handles are 4.5" high and 3.5" wide.

I wanted easy and complete control over the hot and cold faucets. Lo and Behold ~ Pfister had exactly what I was looking for ~ Good quality and a reasonable price! Recently, something happened to one of the faucets. I had a plumber come in who reminded me that Pfister had a life-time guarantee, so I Googled the site and called them. The Customer Service Rep really understood the true meaning of Customer Service! Pleasant, knowledgeable and understood immediately that my kitchen sink was out of commission until I got the replacement part(s)....so she Priority shipped them to me! My plumber came back and was really impressed how fast I had gotten them.....I'm a solid Pfister customer from now on! I bought this product online and because of my choice of seller his money back policy expired before we tried to install. Several pieces were missing but Pfister came through and expedited shipping free of all missing parts. It is a great faucet and meets or exceeds our expectations, but it is the company that stands behind the product that impressed me the most.

I am a Pfister customer for life! While this faucet looks really nice and would be a great faucet for our deep sinks if the flow was better. We've had it for about 2 years and while the specs claim 2.2 GPM, that's impossible! From the very first day I installed it, the flow was poor. As with the last couple of reviews, I've had the faucet apart multiple times trying to increase the flow, especially on the hot side. The old faucet and every other faucet in the house has great flow. We installed a 9.5GPM tankless water heater with a scale shield filtration system and this faucet is the only one in the house that the flow is so poor that the water never does actually get hot. Certainly no where near the 120 degrees the heater is putting out, probably 80-85 degrees at the most. Did a test to see how long it takes for the water to get hot and it is a solid 1.5mins on that faucet and roughly 45 secs or less on every other faucet I was hoping to find a removable flow limiter within the faucet or supplied hoses, but no such luck.

And now the hot side is actually getting stiff and harder to turn. Not even sure if I'm interested enough to put any more effort into this faucet, especially if there's no way to increase the flow. I prefer faucets that have removable flow limiters, especially since we don't live in a drought area and water is plentiful. This faucet is a replacement for a previous PF (lifetime warranty). My husband installed in less than an hour. The lines are clean and I love the way the sprayer is so easy to operate with the touch of a button. The handles turn on and off the water with a smooth motion making it convenient when you have dirty hands. I bought this Petaluma 2 handle, pull-down kitchen faucet 5 years ago and I am happy with it. This faucet is wonderful. I swapped the placement of the handles/spigot, so I love the convenience & looks (has no bottom plate, making this possible). Also, love the soap dispenser. Bought this faucet and we love it. Would buy it for other family members.
